Our cranberries come from Glacial Lake Cranberries®, a fourth-generation family farm nestled west of Wisconsin Rapids. This land has been commercially producing cranberries since 1873, when wild cranberries were discovered thriving naturally in the area. Dikes and ditches were built to cultivate the native vines, and the tradition continues to this day. Some of our vines are still producing after more than 75 years, a testament to the sustainability and care that define our farming practices. We value traceability and knowing where our food comes from; and that is 100% possible with Honestly Cranberry.
How We Do It
We’ve developed a proprietary drying process that preserves the natural flavor and texture of cranberries without compromising their integrity. Our cranberries retain a moisture level of around 22%, creating a unique consistency that’s not as plump as sweetened varieties, but is soft and flavorful.
